Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation should be sent in an email. Refunds will be made as follows minus a $25 processing fee.
100% Refund if notice is given 30 or more days before the start date of the workshop.
100% Workshop Credit if notice is given between 30 and 7 days before the start date of the workshop. That means the credit can be used for future workshops or supply fees. Gift certificates can be purchased with credit well.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations made 7 days or less before the start date of the workshop.
Please note that workshop credit does not guarantee you a spot in a future workshop; you must register for an available space and any additional fees will be added to the balance prior to the workshop.
Workshop credits must be redeemed within one year of issue of credit.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
